Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Options:

You have two options for returning your item:

• Arrange your own return shipping: You are responsible for the shipping cost and can use any carrier of your choice. Please send returns to: Calle 9 E1 Urb Tintillo Guaynabo, PR 00966
• Use our prepaid shipping label: We're happy to provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. If you choose this option, please use the same box or package the item was mailed in, and we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
